Agree or not, one cannot stay away from the bug called entertainment. Even actor Manuj Tilakraj Gulati could not be away from the world of entertainment as he is gearing up to rock the silver screens and digital screens soon. He started his career with a series of Tv commercials and brand shoots. After his first ad for the brand Cello, Manuj was a part of various commercials and short films. However, in 2008, the actor took a sabbatical from the industry to start a venture of his own called MG Enterprise.
Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the scenario of films releasing in theatres has changed completely. A majority of the films are opting for a direct OTT release. The actor earlier in 2016 had shot for a film called ‘Assi Nabbe Poorey Sau’. Helmed by Ankur Bhatia, the filming began way back in 2015. Due to unknown reasons, the film could not be released back then. The sources now suggest that the film might be releasing soon. It is still not known if the makers will go for a theatrical release or release it digitally.
Besides Manuj Tilakraj Gulati, ‘Assi Nabbe Poorey Sau’ stars Divyendu Sharma, Isha Koppikar and Sulagna Panigrahi. Not much is known about the character roles of the actors, but Manuj will be seen portraying the role of a devotee in the film. Shot extensively in Uttar Pradesh, the film has a lot of Indian touch to it. Earlier Manuj had created waves for his unbelievable body transformation. Looks like he is all set to impress everyone with his acting skills soon.
Well, let’s wait for an official announcement from the makers soon. As per the current trends and the situation, it would be too early to predict if the film will release in the theatres. When asked to comment about the film’s status, Manuj refused to say much about it. However, he did reveal that he is too excited to be in front of the camera once again.
