Vikash Saxena & Nitish Raj Proffering Inspiration to Youngsters

The ardour of art has always been affluent in nature, and when this art explores itself into the form of writing it gives you a sense of appreciation. The appreciation which soothes your heart has the potential to create ripples in those hearts which savour this art. And at this juncture of time when Indian literature is embarking new heights, the duo of Saxena & Raj are savouring the young hearts through their works whose article have been recently published in ScotNepal, a major media house of *London, United Kingdom.

Vikash Saxena; who basically belongs from Tanakpur; Uttrakhand belongs from a middle-class family. His family still resides in the Vishnupuri Colony of the city. His father; Rajesh Kumar Saxena who used to work at the Tanakpur Depot is a retired government employee. His mother Rekha Saxena is a social worker and has highly influenced his work. He has been featured in various prominent media houses which includes The Pioneer, Amar Ujala, Hindustan and many more.  He has delivered talks to various prominent colleges which includes IIT Roorke along with major platforms like Gandhi Peace Foundation, Galib Academy, Hindustani Bhasha Academy, Indian Poetry Club and National School of Drama, New Delhi. Mr. Saxena who is eldest of his four siblings says; “I had never let my pen take a halt as the ups and downs have been a ritual which still prevails but I haven’t accepted the defeat”. Prior to that, he has been honoured as the “Youngest Literary Critic” in India in 2016 by Padam Shree Surendra Sharma. Apart from being published in the major media houses of the country; his article has been published in the Ministry of Women and Child Development.

A voracious reader, keen observer and feminist amalgamated together defines Nitish Raj. Belonging from Gaya; Bihar to a lower middle-class family of a farmer, he has marked his own way. The author of a crime thriller “I Had Also Loved Someone” based on the theme of gang rape; Nitish Raj is keen on writing the dark truths of the society which has been sidelined in our quest of happy endings. A firm believer in the serenity of the solemn virtue, Mr Raj has tirelessly worked for the better half of the society who have been ironically subjugated to various atrocities in the society. Mr Raj being a master of various attributes, has developed himself as a renaissance person. Starting his journey as a columnist for a media house he has been an avid literary critic, host, orator, anchor and movie critic along with other attributes. His literary criticisms have been published in major literary journals like Contemporary Literary Review India which has been awarded I2OR- Publication Excellence Award in 2017 & 2018 along with popular literary magazines like eFiction India. He has delivered talks to various prominent colleges which includes IIT Roorke along with major platforms like CMYK Bookstores. He has been featured in various prominent media houses which includes The Pioneer, Navodaya Times (Punjab Kesari Group) along with others. He loves to share his writing experience to the youngsters through creative workshops, where he assists them to learn the nuances of writing along with the intricacies of publishing.
