Writing Liberates my Soul says IRS Officer Neha Chakravarthy

Writing poetry has always been a serene act and who could know it better than IRS Officer, Chakravarthy who set her foot in the literary world through her twin masterpieces, Impressions and Reflections. A science graduate by qualification, Ms. Chakravarthy resides in the beautiful coastal city of Visakhapatnam fondly known as Vizag.

Considering her habit of being a voracious reader as inspiration for her writing, Ms. Chakravarthy feels that books have helped her overcome loneliness and guided her to the path of knowledge and enlightenment. A big fan of few literary doyens like Jane Austen, Charlotte Bronte and Gillian Flynn; Ms. Chakravarthy says that writing has liberated her soul and in the form of creative expression has acted as a therapy.

She is thankful to her mother for her constant encouragement and aims to create literary masterpieces like her Indian literary idols Vikram Seth and Rupi Kaur.
