Redo Times is bringing the third edition of Feronia Fashion Night 3.0 in association with Avantika University, Ujjain and It by It professionals, Jaipur. The fashion show will be held on 1st September 2019 at The Grand Bhagwati Palace, Indore. Feronia Fashion Night is an initiative to raise awareness on the very sensitive topic of gender equality and LBTQ inclusiveness.
It is a first of its kind event that showcases Androgynous Fashion – A form of fashion that focuses on breaking the archaic gender stereotype.
This is the only event in India that features all the models from the LGBTQ community providing the models a platform to showcase their talents and get further opportunities.
The event will feature collections from top fashion designers from India and around the world including names like Wendell Rodricks, Anurag Gupta, Padma Raj Kesari, Diana Linda, Jeremy Fitzgerald, Corinne Smith & Amar Mithapalli, Seema Kalavadia and artisans of Maheswari craft. The audience will also be treated to the collections of student designers of from leading fashion institutes across India such as Avantika University Ujjain, NIFT Kolkata, Amity University, Noida, etc.
Mr. Wendell Rodricks – A Padma Shree Awardee and one of the most iconic and respected fashion designers in the history of Indian Fashion, is the finale designer as well as the chief guest of the event. The Guest of Honour of the event is Ms. Diandra Soares – One of the top fashion super-models of India famous for her bald looks on the ramp, she is also an actress and a reality show celebrity appearing in shows like Big Boss, Khatron ke Khiladi, etc.
Leading names from the LGBTQ modelling community such as Navya Singh, Naresh Parab, Kalansh Gala, Arjun Das, Suhani Moontasir and Atmaj Vyas will be walking the ramp alongside up and coming androgynous models like Ravi Rahul Banra, Kushie Parghi, Affan Mukri, Abhishek Shah, Mallika Gupta, Ritesh Aswal, Aditya Suresh Satpute, Amit Sehrawat, and Siddharth Dangi.
After the stupendous success of the second edition at Goa, team Feronia aims to increase the scale of the fashion show with the support of media partners like Postman News, ENT Network, The Woo Mag, National Chronicle and Radio Mirchi.
