- Keep on drinking simple liquids like plain water, low-calorie smoothies, healthy juices, coconut water, etc. Throughout the day, you should keep your body hydrated. Add some lime, mint, and cucumber as this will help in detoxifying your body.
- Use stairs and walk as much as you can. A good 15 mins walk will burn at least 100 calories.
- Reduce your salt intake as more salt you will consume, more water your body will retain. Resulting in more swelling, puffiness and increased body weight.
