Delhi Sports University (DSU) successfully organized its Stage-1 Talent Scouting Program aimed at identifying and nurturing the next generation of sporting talent. The event was held at Thyagraj Stadium and witnessed enthusiastic participation from young athletes aspiring to secure admission to Class 6.
As part of the talent hunt, Level-1 and Level-2 trials were conducted, where participants underwent comprehensive and scientific assessments of their sporting abilities. Using advanced technology and modern equipment, DSU evaluated the motor skills of young athletes with precision, alongside conducting sport-specific tests to gauge their potential.
The entire selection process was closely monitored by university officials, experienced coaches, and technical experts to ensure transparency, fairness, and accuracy in the evaluation process.

The talent hunt serves as the primary gateway for admission to the Delhi Sports School, an institution that provides student-athletes with a unique blend of academic education, professional sports training, sports science support, and state-of-the-art residential facilities.
Following the successful completion of the initial phase, Level-3 assessments for shortlisted candidates are scheduled to take place in the second week of June.
