Prattika Shah’s entrepreneurial journey is defined by structure, clarity, and calculated expansion. Rather than building businesses on impulse, she has expanded chronologically and intentionally, ensuring each venture is grounded in identity before growth. Today, her universe spans beauty, fashion, food, digital branding, content, and manufacturing, all connected by a long-term vision.
Her journey began in 2023 with The Black Dahliaa, a luxury unisex salon positioned around empowerment and inclusivity. More than a beauty space, it was designed as an experience-driven brand. From interiors to service structure, everything reflected refinement and professionalism. Instead of rushing into multiple outlets, Prattika focused on strengthening the brand’s foundation, defining its tone, service standards, and market positioning.
Building on that momentum, she entered fashion with Chic & Brat, a clothing label blending comfort with contemporary style. The brand catered to consumers seeking statement fashion without compromising ease. Here too, she prioritised structure before scale, curating collections carefully and maintaining strong visual identity. Chic & Brat was introduced not as a fleeting trend label but as a brand with direction and consistency.
In 2025, Prattika expanded into food with Indore ke Namkeen, a venture inspired by her hometown. Rooted in authentic Indori flavours, the brand was developed with systemised packaging, sourcing clarity, and defined positioning before entering broader markets. It reflected her ability to translate regional nostalgia into a structured, scalable business model.
The same year marked the formal launch of Praaan Agency, her digital branding and strategy platform. Created to bridge creativity with business discipline, the agency focuses on storytelling, positioning, and brand execution. Praaan Agency became the connective framework across her ventures, ensuring consistent communication and long-term planning.
Further strengthening this ecosystem, Praaan Series emerged in 2025 as a creative extension into content and scalable intellectual property. It signalled her intent to expand beyond products into narrative-driven ventures. Looking ahead, Praaan Clothing, set for expansion in 2026, represents her move into manufacturing, bringing backend control, quality assurance, and production structure into her growing network.
From beauty in 2023 to manufacturing in 2026, Prattika Shah’s expansion has been layered and deliberate. Each venture builds upon the previous one, forming an interconnected ecosystem rather than isolated businesses. Fashion, food, beauty, and Praaan are not separate chapters but aligned components of a carefully designed universe structured, intentional, and built for sustainable growth.
