Abhishek Bachchan has been smeared face on the OTT this year with his series Breathe into the Shadows, soon to release Big Bull and a unique sports docu-series Sons of The Soil on his Kabaddi team Jaipur Pink Panthers will see the star in a different light.

Abhishek resumes shooting for Bob Biswas after nine months of wrapping the first schedule of the film. He headed to Kolkata on Monday, posting a picture from the flight, he captioned, “#BackToBeingBob Stay safe everyone. Travel safe. #maskon keep your mask on.”

Abhishek resumed shoot today in Kolkata and will be in action till December 9 in his Bob Biswas avatar. The film and his character are a spin off of Bob Biswas character essayed by Saswata Chatterjee in superhit film Kahaani starring Vidya Balan. Abhishek’s Bob Biswas features Chitrangada Singh in a pivotal role.

The film is bankrolled by Gauri Khan, Sujoy Ghosh and Gaurav Verma, a directorial debut for Diya Ghosh and written by Sujoy Ghosh.
